Abstract

Leadership style is an important aspect in the success of any organization because of its influence on employee performance. In the social, economic, and technological environment, this research uses a qualitative approach by using the form of case studies. In developing students' interests and talents, it is also the responsibility of the principal, such as the principal of SMAN 1 Kota Gorontalo who also facilitates his students by maximizing facilities. and infrastructure to support learning so that students can develop their interests and talents.
