Abstract

In realizing the spirit of leadership among adolescents, there are several principles to develop leadership spirit, among others, every teenager is born as a leader, has an attitude as a leader, has a role, influence and develops in the midst of others, has the ability to communicate as a leader, and so on. Young spirit is the spirit of change, active, energetic, full of spirit, creative, hardworking, and has positive values for the progress of the nation.
